Qualifications / Requirements:
Office Manager: 1 year
Administrative experience: 2 years
Microsoft Office: proficient in Word, Excel (required)
Social Media: Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Mail Chimp (preferred)
Bookkeeping: Proficient in basic Quickbooks functions (preferred, but not required)
Type 45 wpm
Ability to pass background check (required)
Ability to pass drug screen (required)
Experience with property services or property management is a plus
Work Location: Eagle, Idaho

Oversee daily scheduling and deployment of staff
Maintain office operations and procedures
Manage office inventory and equipment
Evaluating staff productivity and scheduling accordingly
Advertising and social media management
Recruiting and onboarding coordination for new team members
Client/Employee scheduling and routing
Accounts receivable
General oversight of daily operations
