Receptionist Needed
We currently have a full-time receptionist position available at Intermountain Pet Hospital and Lodge. We are a full service facility with a great clientele. Our companyâs core values include integrity, excellence, innovation and communication, and we are seeking experienced individuals to join a pet health care team committed to these things. Responsibilities include:
⢠Providing excellent service for pets and clients of Intermountain Pet Hospital and Lodge
⢠Answer clientâs inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures.
⢠Admitting / Discharging Patients/ Cash Handling
⢠Hospitality
⢠Working to maintain an effective veterinarian appointment schedule, screening emergencies and prioritizing cases that need to be seen.
⢠Answer telephones and handle calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system.
⢠Feels and express a genuine liking for animals and their owners and for working in an animal care field.
⢠Basic computer skills
⢠Client Communication

Minimum requirements
