We are looking for a full time Recruiter for our local company, as well as three others in the state of Idaho. We provide services to children and adults with developmental and mental disabilities in a variety of settings.
This position is vital to the success of our organization and our clients services. We are looking for someone who
can approach recruiting as an active, ongoing, and constant process. We need someone to get candidates in the door on a regular basis.
This will include things such as posting on different sites, communicating with candidates throughout the week, conducting phone interviews, answering questions, scheduling and conducting face to face interviews, attending job fairs, posting on bulletins such as department of labor, working with temp agencies, creating contacts in the community and so much more.
You will need to communicate with professionals across the state to understand their hiring needs so you can recruit, hire, and train accordingly. This position may offer some opportunities to travel to these locations, but travel is not required.
Once you hire the candidates, you will be responsible for New Employee Training in Boise, and work with our satellite offices to ensure they are completing the training at their site. You will work to make a connection with each new hire across the state, to help with a decrease in turnover.
Being creative is a must, as there are endless resources that will help you in this position. As a company we are open to try new things, and take new approaches to meet our hiring and training needs. A huge PLUS, which is not a requirement is experience with working with individuals with disabilities.
