Community Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of a community placing high importance on timely communication, responsiveness, organization, customer service and followup.
Duties include: liaison between HOA Board, vendors, homeowners; prepare for and attend Board meetings; provide budget preparation and fiscal management; oversight of vendor contracts; conduct site visits; respond to emails and phone calls daily.
Essentials: exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and remain organized is critical to success of position; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; good driving record. Prior community management desired.
