You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. We have hit our busiest time of the year and are currently conducting interviews for our Full Time, Part Time, and Seasonal Positions.
Responsibilities:
*Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
*Prospect and contact potential customers
*Assist customers daily with their purchases, services, and billing issues
*Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
*Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
*Create sales material to present to customers
*Educate customers on all services offered, exhibiting exceptional product knowledge
âQualifications:
*Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
*Assist Customers Daily with their Purchases, Services, and Billing Issues
*Ability to build rapport with clients
*Strong negotiation skills
*Deadline and detail-oriented
