The Systems Support Technician will provide technical support for Workstation, Point-of-Sale, Telecom, Video, Audio-Video, and Network systems running in the Tamarack Resort environment. The Systems Support Technician I works within the Information Technology Division, but is required to communicate and circulate throughout all areas of Tamarack’s operation.
Implement and support internal and external computers, POS and Resort Management computers and software packages.
Support MS Windows desktop, Point of Sale.
Support LAN/WAN Network technologies.
Support ISP Telecom, Video and Audio-Video installations and systems.
Provide excellent customer service to guests, homeowners, and fellow employees.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Weekend, evening and holiday work will be required. Operation of company vehicles is required. Availability to support operations on a rotating shift schedule. Will be on call some evenings. Flexibility for both on and off site work.
