Treasure Valley Subaru is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Specialist.
Responsible for lead contact and sales appointment setting and confirmation. Telephone calling, computer input and clerical support to the sales process are primary responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitors and contacts sales leads generated by the Dealership Customer Relations Management System (CRM/DealerSocket)
Determines customer vehicle needs by listening and asking questions
Operates telephone equipment and other telecommunications technologies
Follows pre-determined scripts when contacting sales leads via telephone
Sets customer appointments for Internet Department Sales Consultants
Tracks and inputs customer information into Dealership CRM
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role a plus
