Responsibilities:
⢠Handle 200-300 calls daily
⢠Verify clientâs eligibility for our program requirements
⢠Warm transfer eligible clients to our Client Advocates
⢠Provide excellent customer service
⢠Identify customerâs goals and objectives
Requirements:
⢠Ability to handle high call volume
⢠Excellent verbal and written skills
⢠Basic computer skills and data entry
⢠Previous call center/ sales experience preferred
⢠Organized and reliable
⢠A willingness to learn and be taught
⢠Results driven attitude
