Phenix Salon Suites in Boise, ID is the premier location for independent Health, Wellness, and Beauty Professionals to establish and grow their dreams. The Site Manager will be the day to day face of Phenix in the Boise area. You will both the represent the company and be the voice of the independent professional for onsite issues.
What youâll be doing:
⢠Suite Licensing operations and tours
⢠Client reception and courtesy
⢠Social Media contributions
⢠Tenant communication/management
⢠Site management & cleaning (overall upkeep of the property â including the scheduling and reporting any maintenance repairs
⢠Supply purchasing
⢠Work with distributors, supplier, and educators to develop onsite education opportunities
⢠Local business relationship building
⢠Occasionally contributes to marketing efforts on behalf of Phenix and the professionals with whom weâve partnered.

We are looking for a person who appreciates the benefits of an impeccable environment and is passionate about making the professionals and their clients have an exceptional experience. This person must be dependable and work with limited supervision, have good communication skills, oriented toward the finer details, and has a strong background in customer service. This person will be responsible for the overall care, operation, and serviceability of the property.
