JOB SUMMARY - Members of the Maintenance Technician Team will maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the properties' buildings, units and grounds.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - These include but are not limited to the following:
- Daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Preparation of vacant units for occupancy
- Care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by PMC
- Supply and upkeep of all personal tools required by PMC.
- Courteous, efficient response to work orders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic plumbing and electrical is preferred but not required
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required
- Be available to work on an on-call basis, including occasional 24-hour on-call emergency maintenance.
