Looking for a change? We're an experienced builder who has recently expanded with homes under construction in the Boise and Eagle, Id market. We're looking for a diverse skilled and hard-working person for primarily framing details/assistant, millwork and cabinet installation - these skills are a must. If you have experience with drywall touch-ups, that's a plus!
The primary need is a framing assistant, millwork and cabinet installation, but there will be additional duties to be done, including job site cleanup, possibly some framing and other laborer type tasks, installing hardware, hanging doors, and probably punch list items near the end of the job and drywall touch-ups to name a few.
The job is full time and a typical work week is 40-50 hours. Even in winter, we keep you busy.
We supply all tools (except your personal hand tools). You supply the good attitude and punctuality.
Two-years of experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Must have reliable transportation. Punctuality and reliability are very important. If you are generally a late person, please do not apply. And everyone has things come up from time to time, and we try to be flexible to that. However, if you are a person who constantly needs a day off or has a lot of appointments in the middle of the work day, please do not apply. We want an employee who doesn't require high maintenance. Someone who knows they have a job to do, knows how important they are to the team, and does it with very little issues. We will do our end which is to provide you with a safe and healthy work environment, pay you on time all the time, and be there for support as needed but we expect you to bring minimal issues and drama to our team.
Pay is D.O.E. and can range from $13 to $25 per hour, but most likely in the $18-$20 range for the right candidate. Christmas and Performance Bonus of up to 5% of your yearly wages is available for employees with more than 12 months with the company
