We have a portfolio of various properties that need maintenance assistance. These are roving positions to accommodate routine property maintenance and service requests from residents. Never a dull day
165 condos in the Lakewood area of Boise (on Gekeler near Federal Way)
70 condos in the Surprise Valley area (off Amity near Federal Way)
12 apartments in Nampa
18-unit townhome property (near St. Alphonsus Hospital)
12 apartments in the BSU area
Numerous individual clients that use our services for big and small projects
This is an opportunity to conduct or assist with apartment turnovers as well as restoration and repair projects for our various clients throughout the Treasure Valley. Living in Boise is preferable but not required.
MUST have own tools, transportation, and reasonable skills across a range of maintenance abilities.
Computer and technology competency a plus.
SKILLED TECHNICIAN (experienced)
Plumbing / Electrical / Carpentry / Tile / Appliances / Concrete / HVAC / Roofing / Flooring
BASIC MAINTENANCE
Painting / Sheetrock / Fixtures and Hardware Installation / Screens / Sprinkler repair / Landscape projects / Ponds / Pools
ROUTINE LABOR / ASSISTANT
Grounds clean-up / Painting prep / Property or unit trash out / Carpet removal / Flooring prep / Hauling or loading
Staring at $15-$20 per hour depending on ability and experience.
