Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Project Manager for an Engineering department!
Pay: $75/hr
Schedule: M-F from 8am to 5pm, starting now and going through the end of November
Job Summary:
Plans and leads projects, significant complex assignments, and technical investigations
Acts as a liaison between other departments and organizations
Evaluates progress and results, recommending changes in procedures
Exercises considerable latitude and technical judgment in decision-making and independent action
Responsible for budgeting, financial accountability, and timelines on projects
Utilizes industry- and discipline-related knowledge to interpret and comply with regulations as required by NERC, FERC, WECC, EPA, NESC, OSHA, FCC, etc.
Plan, design, configuration, analysis and operation of utility fiber, microwave, power-line carrier, mobile radio, multi-point radio and satellite systems including network and firmware management.
Required Skills
3+ years of Engineering experience
Extensive knowledge of Engineering Principles, Utilities, Utility Office Environment, RF Modeling, Design Tools, Network Routing Protocols such as MPLS, ISIS, & BGP, Operating Test Equipment
Ability to analyze data and draft written and oral reports
Please also note that occasional travel via personal vehicle with the possibility of an overnight stay may be required depending on project need.
