Select Civil is looking for experienced foremen to run crews installing underground utilities, grading, misc. construction activities and demolition. We offer very competitive starting wages based on experience. We are generous with raises for people that deliver. We also provide 100% paid employee insurance after 30 days on the job and a company vehicle.
We are seeking strong field leaders capable of running a crew safely, effectively, independently and who find personal satisfaction in delivering a quality product. Our Foremen typically lead from their piece of equipment and thus must be able to operate that equipment as well as other heavy equipment.
