Seeking applicant with 2+ years running a small to medium sized crew.
A foreman needs to be proficient in grading, form setting and finishing to assure the project completes on time. Projects include tear out and replacing of driveways, patios, walkways, sidewalks, pads.
A foreman will be responsible for providing estimates at times, ordering supplies and materials, coordinating project times and locations with crew members and assuring quality work.
Skid steer and mini skid experience is a plus.
A valid drivers license is a must.
Wage will based on experience and skill to industry standards. Paid every 2 weeks
3% Company contribution 401K retirement plan optional with additional performance incentives.
Typical working hours between 7:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday and some Saturdays.
