Must demonstrate high quality workmanship and professionalism.

You must:
-Have recent residential experience.
-Be self motivated and have a work ethic requiring little or no supervision (be a person of integrity).
-Be highly determined and mechanically intuitive
-Present well to homeowners and have positive customer rapport
-Have your own hand tools.
-Have your own transportation.
-Be a clear communicator.
-Be physically active (able to crawl when necessary and not afraid of heights)
-Leave your ego at the door. We learn something new on every job and you should have similar abilities.
