Revive Properties is currently looking to hire several new team members. Please contact us if you have 2+ years of experience in tile setting, wood laminate flooring installation, or finish work/carpentry and you take pride in your work and have strong leadership and communication skills. Revive does both residential remodeling projects and commercial lease space renovations/buildouts. Candidate should have experience in one or more areas or remodel, Please be prepared to provide photos as examples of your work and client references.
Preferred Skills in one or more areas;
Be able to layout, determine materials needed, and install:
Custom Tile Showers/Bath Surrounds
Kitchen and Vanity Backsplashes
Tile & Travertine Floors
Fireplace surrounds
Laminate flooring
Framing, Sheetrock, Tape texture
Paint
Doors, trim, base
Deliver consistent, high-quality work that delights our clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
This job requires interaction with project managers and customers, so excellent interpersonal skills are a must. We are looking for candidates with the following Leadership and Communication Skills:
Establish a good relationship with the client and demonstrate effective communication.
Make accurate material lists and request in advance.
Estimate time to complete project. Manage project to ensure on-time completion.
Work independently and unsupervised
Continually monitor job site protection (i.e., safety for both employees and customers, client property/floor protection, dust protection).
Train, instruct and teach apprentices/helpers when asked a question.
Set an example for others in conduct and is a role model on the job-site.
Transportation
Must have own reliable transportation.
Preferred: Truck used to haul tools to and from the job site
Required: Basic hand tools of the trade
Preferred: Have most/all the standard tools.
