Purpose: This Boise, ID area based Copywriter works in creative partnership with various teams to concept, create, and produce effective content that performs across many brand communication vehicles, both internal and external, with a consistent and modern brand voice.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

Bachelor's degree, preferred, OR a minimum of four (4) years of demonstrated experience in a directly related field

High School Diploma or general education diploma (GED), required

Must have the ability to produce error-free creative content that adheres to the company's style guidelines and appeals to the customer base

Demonstrated success in managing a business brand's voice

Proficiency with MS Office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and related programs

Core Accountabilities:

In collaboration with the Marketing team, create original, innovative, clear, persuasive editorial copy, for both digital and physical channels that strategically deliver

Assist with generating copy across those channels - Digital, In-store, Marketing and Social, including but not limited to: Websites, Print, Direct Mail, Email, and Social Media Platforms

work collaboratively with Marketing and Creative teams to promote key campaigns, brand launches and product stories, while demonstrating a clear understanding of campaign objectives and the strategies to achieve them

Develop editorial storytelling that aligns with themes and trends for catalogs, direct mail strategies and weekly home page updates, custom landing pages & social platforms

Assist in developing retail based brand appropriate call to actions for email communications and customer facing retail store collateral

Work with Marketing team partners to elevate and proofread technical product copy for accuracy and brand alignment for both online and manuals

Assist in the creation of curated editorial content strategies, based on the editorial content calendar, that optimize trends and build consumer interests and engagement

Participate in strategic conversations that establish project-specific direction

Cultivate a solid understanding of audiences with customer journeys and personas

Use research and analysis in a proactive way to measure results and rationalize decisions

Assist in re-purposing and diversifying content across a variety of channels

Oversee the work of in-house and external agency content creators

Articulate creative and messaging objectives

Provide clear, constructive feedback.

Guide others on use of brand voice and use of house style

Must have the ability to produce error-free content that adheres to the company's style guidelines
