Job Description.
This is a General Manager position for the Snake River Travel Plaza Sinclair / A&W. Both businesses are in a trend of continual growth, and we looking for an individual that can lead an already existing positive team to the next level of success. Our stores have won multiple awards over the last 2 years, including just recently "Best in Business". Responsibilities
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Payroll Processing
- Employee - Management/Training/Staffing
- Inventory Controls & Tracking
- Customer Relations
- Vendor Contracts & Relations
- Marketing (Both Social Media & Events)
- Process Control/Efficiencies for all Travel Plaza Operations
Qualifications.
- Ability to perform all business accounting tasks - A/R, A/P, inventory management, data tracking, financial
reporting, cost/benefit calculations, and continual business improvement.
- Leadership management skills and qualifications for a team of 30-35 employees.
- Be comfortable using Quickbooks, Excel and learning industry related software.
