OfficeTeam is looking for an individual to fill an entry level Administrative Assistant role at a bank in the Sun Valley/Ketchum area. The person in this role will be the first point of contact for greeting clients and customers as they call in or arrive. This person will assist the office staff by completing and filing reports and documents.

Other responsibilities for this position include, are not limited to;

- Ordering office supplies

- Creating and maintaining invoices

- File documents as requested or needed

- Sort incoming and outgoing mail; arrangement mail drop-offs and pick-ups

- Maintain office calendar and events
