Machine Operator & Customer Service Provider (Full-Time Position)
Old Town Embroidery is looking to add to our team. We are a small, family-owned business and we pride ourselves on our service and quality to set us apart from all the others.
Old Town Embroidery was founded in 1997 with a single head Brother Embroidery machine. The business was purchased by its current owner in 2003. It has since grown to be one of the largest local screen printing and embroidery shops and now employs some of Pocatellos best.
Compensation Range: $9.00-$10.00/Hour, DOE
We offer competitive pay, DOE, in a casual, friendly environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Operating commercial embroidery machinery
Customer service
Answering phones
Taking customer orders
Various office tasks
Creating invoices, sales receipts, etc.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
Ability to spend long hours on your feet
Effective and efficient communication skills
People skills
Basic computer skills
Comfort in working with technology
Work well with others
