Job duties include:
The making, marketing and selling of super delicious sandwiches and the managing of a restaurant and employees to accomplish that goal.
-First and foremost, sales and marketing to increase store profitability.
-community relations. This means you will go out into the community to businesses, schools, government offices, apartment complexes, etc. to sell the product and increase name recognition
-hire & fire & train employees
-schedule staff
-fulfill catering orders
-manage deliveries
-advertise & promote
-manage social media accounts
-bookkeeping
-food ordering
-store maintenance and upkeep.
-schedule events and concessions at local and regional events
