Family Centered Assisted Living
We are a Certified Family Home, in Rexburg, looking for caregivers to provide compassionate in home care to our elderly residents and to help our family with housekeeping. Caregivers will have the opportunity to provide care in a family setting as they assist residents with daily living activities.
Responsibilities:
⢠Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
⢠Follow through with care as indicated on the care plan
⢠Assist with activities of daily living
Bathing and dressing
Housekeeping
Preparing meals
Laundry
⢠Build relationship of trust with residents and selflessly tend to their needs
⢠Spend time with residents
⢠Provide housekeeping for family
⢠Provide Occasional Babysitting
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
⢠Must be 18 years or older.
⢠Must have personal transportation.
⢠Must be Female (Our residents are uncomfortable with male caregivers)
⢠Compassionate and caring demeanor
⢠Strong Work Ethic
⢠Positive Attitude
⢠Must be physically able to perform the job which includes resident assistance and other light
lifting duties.
⢠Must pass a background check
⢠CPR (preferred, not required)
⢠Assistance with Medication course completion (preferred, not required)
⢠Previous experience in home care (preferred, not required)
The shifts we have available are:
Monday: 11:30am-1:00pm
Wednesday: 11:30am-1:00pm
Friday: 11:30am-1:00pm
Saturday: 8:00-10:00am, 1230-2:30pm, 5:30-7:00pm
Sunday: 8:00-10:00am, 1130am-1230pm
