Gem State Staffing in Pocatello is now accepting applications for experienced Concrete Laborers. Individuals must have experience to be considered for this position. This is an ongoing full-time position for a concrete company. This job is projected to last through 2018.
Responsibilities: Applicants will be tasked in assisting job site Supervisors with wood, rebar and mesh wire form building along with setting concrete forms. Applicants must also have experience and be expected to operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth trampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, measuring equipment and a variety of other equipment.
Requirements:
⢠2+ years' experience in concrete labor: foundations, sidewalks, driveways, etc.
⢠4 years in either commercial or residential construction
⢠Must have current driver's license with reliable transportation
⢠Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
⢠Ability to lift 50lbs. on a constant basis
⢠Detail orientated and able to work in a timely manner
⢠Positive can-do attitude
⢠Ability to work outdoors for 8-10 hours a day
Compensation for this position will be $14.00-$21.00/hr
