Gem State Staffing in Pocatello is accepting applications for Marketing Representative at Local Cleanup & Restoration Company.
This position is a long-term temp-to-hire assignment with a work week consisting of Monday through Friday with an occasional week-end here and there. Our customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added. We expect your established sales goals to always be met if not exceeded. If you are a timely, effective communicator this job is for you. If you pride yourself in meeting customer expectations, resolving complaints quickly and going above and beyond to satisfy customers this is the perfect job for you!
Requirements:
⢠Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals
⢠Grow and develop customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow up with customers
⢠Conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate the customer on why we are the best cleaning and restoration company
⢠Utilize the quarterly Marketing Media Kit to market our services and sell the benefits
⢠Communicate clear and accurate pretesting, scoping of services and job estimates
⢠Monitor and follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring customers' needs are met
⢠Manage the Franchise marketing team and all sales and marketing initiatives
⢠Develop and implement an annual marketing plan, which promotes franchise services and develops a diverse customer base
⢠Train and coach a professional marketing team capable of achieving annual sales revenue goals
⢠Manage and improve customer satisfaction including the resolution of any customer complaints
