Our Job Coaches work mainly one-on-one with individuals with disabilities to learn and perform their job at their job location. This could be at a restaurant, movie theater, medical facilities, retail stores, etc. You will use your creativity to coach your clients in learning and completing their tasks, communicate with managers to ensure your client is performing the tasks needed and documenting areas of success and needed improvement. This is a great job for those who are self-motivated, enjoys working in a variety of settings and finds value in a job that helps others to succeed.
Many of our clients need job coaches between the hours of 10 am - 2 pm.
Some afternoons, evening and/or weekend hours may be available
We also have a position available at our campus working with clients in a group environment in our production-assembly program, Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 3:30pm

Have a desire to learn a profession, be trained, and be part of a great team
Are able to pass a Health & Welfare background check
Have the ability to become CPR/First Aid Certified - Training provided at no cost
Have a current driver's license
Have a high school diploma or GED
And are 18 years or older
