Property Manager position located in Chubbuck, ID.
Somerset Pacific, LLC is a property management company primarily engaged in the management of multi-family and senior housing. Established in 2003, the company has grown to over 2400 apartment units, located throughout the United States. We are currently seeking an experienced Community Business Manager for our family residential rental property, Avalon Park.

Property Accounting Software such as OneSite, Yardi,
Ability to learn new programs
Experience in supervising maintenance staff
Responsibilities to Include:
Proactive Marketing to prospective residents; successfully achieve and maintain 98% occupancy
Process rental applications and recertification's in compliance with Section 42 regulations and other project program requirements
Conduct collections
Conduct bi-annual inspections to ensure compliance with LIHTC and HUD standards
Coordinate unit turns/rent ready units
Coordinate service requests
Enforce state landlord laws, lease and Property Rules and Regulations by responding to resident grievances, posting violations and possible follow through of evictions
Collect and deposit rent receipts, security deposits, fees and payments for resident damage
Oversight of the overall condition of the development and coordination or maintenance
Candidate will be required to pass a background and drug screen
28 hours per week
Benefits include On-Site Managers Unit and 401K w/ employer matching after 90 days.
