The Company:
Fenix Pest Control is head quartered in Des Moines, IA but also has locations in Omaha and Lincoln, NE. We aren't one of the hundreds of companies who promise you the world and then find every excuse to deduct from your back end checks-whether its rent or incentives or "cancellations." We actually pay your for all of your accounts.
The Position:
We are looking for individuals to join our Sales team this summer. Pay includes a $1,000 signing bonus, rent bonus, and competative commission on all accounts. Our sales reps bring in between $25,000-$75,000+ in a summer.
Requirements:
Are you hard working? Are you honest? Are you motivated? Are you competitive? Are you teachable? Are you a good communicator? If you said yes to any or all of these then this job is for you. No prior experience needed. We provide in-depth, group and one-on-one training from one of the industries best. The owner, Lance, spent 10 years working for many different companies before starting his own back in 2012. He has sold 10,000+ accounts and provides sales training each day to help our reps have as successful of a summer as possible.
Responsibilities:
-Attend training each day
-Work 6 hours a day, 6 Days a week throughout summer (this qualifies you for your rent bonus- not the # of accounts you sell)
-Bring a positive attitude with you each day
