We are currently looking for an experienced Field Superintendent to build and run their grade crew.
Requirements:
5 Years of Experience as a Superintendent
Ability to Read & Interpret Plans
Work Well with Clients
Knowledge of Idaho Transportation Department Specifications
Ability to Run Heavy Equipment
GPS Knowledge
Duties:
Manage remote projects with support from Project Managers
Ability to manage up to 30 employees
Travel throughout Southern Idaho
Coordinate daily tasks
Ability to problem solve and optimize processes
