Looking for a siding foreman, must have experience in
J-channel both metal and vinyl
Putting on starter
Metal work
Using a break
Problem solving
Self-starter
Door and window wraps
Using different products on one job and making them work together
Have alot of there own tools
We hand nail all are vinyl so if you don't want to do it that way dont apply
Need someone who can take over and watch over laborers to make sure they are staying busy and can get the details taken care of. To keep them busy when I have to go to other jobs and the end game to run there own crew. Perfer someone with a truck to haul materials when needed. Will pay for the use of your own vehicle.
We do vinyl, lp,metal, insulated back siding, and others
We do some roofing but if you would rather only do siding thats fine I really need a good foreman for all my siding work. I will pay by the hour because I want quality not quantity quantity will come after quality learned or shown after that if you can make more money by piece rate will go that route for the first little while you will be working right alongside me if your quality of work is good I will put you on your own crew and we can do piece rate
I have a lot of work but I need the help looking for somebody that's going to show up for work it's looking to work as much as possible very little travel everything we got is in this general area of Idaho Falls Blackfoot Pocatello Rigby Rexburg Etc

Starting most a $20/hr to see what they know and ill evaluate real quick if you know what you say you know will go up from there and when you start running work I'll make sure you're compensated for that I have too much work to keep up with I need some guys in know what they're doing so get ahold of me you can start as soon as you want year-round work ,local, weekly pay and company truck for the right person down the road.
