We are looking for someone to fill our bookkeeping position and to support our team with basic accounting functions and day to day administrative operations. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and be detail oriented, be energetic and able to handle job stress well, and able to work in a team environment and have fun.
Responsibilities will include the following duties:
Payroll/Payroll taxes and reporting
Employee benefit programs
Bank and credit card reconciliation
General Ledger experience/Journal entries
Month-end and year-end closings
General administrative support to our team
Applicants with the following qualifications and skills are encouraged to apply:
Advanced experience and/or education in the field of accounting
Experience in Accounting/bookkeeping and general administrative duties
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products
Ability to take direction, work independently and manage time efficiently
Exude a high level of professional judgment in confidential matters
This position will also require some time spent on the sales floor during sales, peak seasons and staff shortage.
