Well established business in Lewiston, ID. is seeking a part-time to possible full-time dependable person with an ability to work independently, possesses strong multi-tasking and communication skills to join our office.

Must be proficient in a variety of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Windows; Microsoft Office Suite and Quick Books Pro. Internet experience is a must along with exceptional social media skills and the strong ability for attention to detail.

Alongside general office practices, this employee will maintain required records, reports and files in an organized and timely manner. Assist with audits monthly, quarterly and annually as well as special projects as assigned. Basic accounting general ledger knowledge is required. Full charge bookkeeping experience is a plus.

This is a part-time or full-time position Monday “ Friday 8AM - 5PM.

Experience:

ºWorking independently in a dynamic, diverse and rapidly changing fast paced environment (preferred)

ºAccounting/Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required “ there will be a bookkeeping test)

ºMicrosoft Windows & Office: 1 year (Required)

ºAdministrative: 3 years (Required)

ºQuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
