We have an immediate opening for a very special person to join our enthusiastic, warm, and very dedicated specialty practice dental team as a temporary receptionist to cover maternity leaves through September. Must be experienced in all facets of front office duties. If you are that person, you will love this pleasant and professional work environment.
Job duties include overseeing patient care by scheduling appointments, greeting patients, answering the telephone, communicating with patients regarding their treatment plan, coordinating financial arrangements (including billing and insurance filing/follow up), maintaining patient records, and following up on delinquent accounts.
Experience as a dental assistant a bonus.
