Horus Vision is the most innovative company in the sports optics market and we're looking for a superstar MARKETING MANAGER to develop and execute our strategic marketing vision. With a heavy focus on digital marketing, the primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, website management, online advertising, SEO/SEM, KPI/ROI tracking and reporting, content creation, marketing communications, research and reporting, media outreach, social media management, media communication and outreach, campaign execution, third-party agency management, trade shows and exhibition management, budgeting, and international marketing strategies and tactics management. Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

- Four-year college degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or similar

- Minimum five years experience in a similar position

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

- Deep familiarity with Online Analytics tools

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels and with A/B and multivariate experiments

- Experience in setting up and optimizing online ad campaigns

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Proven track record of developing, executing, and reporting on successful marketing plans

- Demonstrated results from implementation and execution of effective marketing campaigns and strategies

- Strategic thinking, problem analysis, problem-solving skills, and strong initiative required

- Expert in social media use to meet business objectives

- Extensive experience with both online and traditional marketing activities

- Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

- Superior project management, time management, and organizational skills

- Broad knowledge of the outdoor industry, both domestic and international preferred

- Experience with shooting and hunting, preferred

- Experience in the Sport Optics industry would be considered a plus

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required

- High energy level and resilient character, outstanding interpersonal skills, and desire to deliver the highest quality in every task

- Ability to travel 15-25% of the time

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Creative Suite

Core Accountabilities:

- Responsible for the planning and execution of all marketing projects and programs

- Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising

- Maintaining & optimizing our social media presence across all digital channels

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy, plans and projects in line with company objectives for continued growth of the Horus Vision brand

- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products and programs

- Research current market conditions and competitor information, and implement action based on results

- Manages and provides direction to media and third-party marketing vendors

- Develop, manage and report on the marketing budget

- Plan, manage, participate and fully responsible for trade shows, events, and exhibition activities

- Establishes, maintains, and builds relationships with appropriate industry partners and contacts

- Responsible for the creation and publication of marketing materials, as well as content management for website and social media sites

- Plan and manage company participation in appropriate industry competitions and events

- Manage product reviews to include Test and Evaluation (T&E) program and inventory

- Maintain effective internal communication to ensure all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing initiatives and performance
