Helene's Property Place in Pullman is looking to fill a full-time long term position. Our business has operated in Pullman since 1999, specializing in Property Management! If you are looking for a career, you're willing to work hard than we are willing to train you from the ground up! No experience necessary!

Requirements:
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 8:30AM-5:30PM
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must have valid auto insurance
- Must have vehicle that can transport at least 2 passengers
- Must be able to be on rotation for the emergency phone!
Duties:
- Apartment showings (mostly virtual with Covid but in person eventually)
- Rental inquiry responses
- Record keeping
- New owner/property file system setup
- Provide rental references
- Year-end back office turnover assistance
- Property info updating
- Posting and un-posting vacancies
- Inventory/ordering supplies
- Cleaning room organization
- Assist with move-in/move-out inspections
- Cover any department during vacations, leaves, days off etc.
- Mailings
- Trains temp employees
- Creating, maintaining, update job descriptions
- Website maintenance/updating
- Complete tasks and projects from management
- Front office functions
- On rotation for emergency phone
