Job Duties:
*Responsible for all facets of the day-to-day operation within a retail facility including banking
*Interview, hire, discipline and discharge store employees, provide leadership and ongoing customer service
training, review and prepare schedules and time sheets.
*Review and monitor inventory, vendor deliveries and relationships, warehouse orders, gas deliveries, gas prices and oversee ordering process to insure enough stock
*Resolve all customer concerns, complaints or requests in a timely manner
*Survey the market for competitive fuel pricing and product selection

Job Location: Stinker #38 located at 1044 Pullman Hwy., Moscow, ID
Work Hours: Full-time, 45 hours a week or more
Shift: 1st Shift, Days
Days: Monday-Friday but must be available 7 days of the week (24 hour store)
Requirements: Must be at least 19 years old; HS Diploma or GED, 2 years of prior retail store management experience; 5 yearsâ experience in leadership role (Shift Lead, Asst. Manager, Manager.) Background check required.
