POSTION OBJECTIVE
Drill Operator to proficiently operate drill rigs, manage crew and coordinate with customer in order to accomplish the project requirements in a safe and efficient manner while upholding the standards of IFS.
ESSENTIAL DUITES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Travel in the Northwest region. Due to the travel requirements relocation to Boise may not be required.
⢠Operating hydraulic drills.
⢠Experience in operating heavy-duty equipment: excavators, forklifts, mini-excavators, and trucks.
⢠Direct daily onsite crew assigned to the project.
⢠Responsible to maintain safe working environment, and follow IFS and OSHA standards.
⢠Coordinate with Project Managers on project needs.
⢠Works harmoniously with peers, supervisors, and the public and complies with IFS's policies.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
⢠Operating heavy equipment.
⢠Proper use and understanding of crane rigging and signaling.
⢠Drill tools and equipment.
⢠Self-motivated and willing to challenge themselves.
License(s) or Certification(s) Required:
⢠Valid Driver's License, with the ability to obtain a Class A CDL.
⢠Medical Card.
⢠Certifications: Forklift, Manlift, Truck, Rigging, signalperson, 10-hour OSHA, etc. or the ability to obtain them. In- house training and certification may be available.
⢠NCCCO Crane certification is preferred but not required; in house training and certification may be available.
⢠Welding Experience and preferably Certifications.
