Experis is partnering with a healthcare company in the Meridian area to bring on a Business Process Analyst to their team. This resource will work onsite in Meridian, ID.



The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a BA role as well as a Bachelor's degree.

• LEAN six sigma - Black Belt Certification or Green Belt Certification


• Recommends solutions or improvements to business processes


• Research business requirements, develops detailed specifications, and validates the solutions with business stakeholders


• Communicates business stakeholder needs to the development team by translating business requirements


• Owns the development, with IT support, of tools, applications, reports and analytics to enable strategic programs and metrics for the department


• Troubleshoots technical issues and works through a resolution (root cause analysis)


• Proven experience in application of DAMIC tools that include process mapping preferred


• Query and data management experience preferred


• Quantifiable results from past projects preferred
