We are a PCS (Personal Care Service) Agency serving the Magic Valley and surrounding areas. I am seeking a Service Coordinator for our Twin Falls branch. Some of a Service Coordinators responsibilities include:
-Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
-Developing meaningful relationships with employees and clients
-Matching new employees with current and new clients
-Scheduling
-Documenting critical events and resolving concerns
-Visiting new referrals as well as referral sources to maintain a quality image of our business
-Report to Agency Director
-Reports
-Manage over 50 clients and employees
This position requires daily travel
We have focused a great deal on our agency's culture. An strong applicant would have skills in the areas listed above and should have a positive personality. A quality service mentality paired with excellent communication ability is a must. A bilingual (Spanish) candidate will be strongly considered. This position is Full Time and comes with benefits.
The selected candidate must:
1) Prove free of legal encumbrances (pass a background check)
2) Have a valid drivers license and car insurance
3) Have reliable transportation
