In Search of Equipment Operator/General Farm help. Experience in running and operating equipment is important as well as a general knowledge of farm work. This position will mostly involve operating and maintaining equipment but is not limited to such work. General farm help will also be expected, for example, driving truck and tractor, loading and unloading crop inputs, welding, and working in a shop. This person needs to be self-starting and willing to change jobs throughout the day. Pay ranges from $14-18 DOE. Drivers licence is necessary and dependable mobility as well.
