We are now seeking qualified Forklift Operators with Kelly Services for a premier Burley, ID employer. Our client a leader in the chemical industry has immediate openings for forklift operators/material handlers to work at its Burley, Idaho location. These are long term indefinite positions. Will consider applicants with manufacturing or farming experience, operating tractors, farm equipment. 1-3 years solid work experience $14 Hour with an increase to $15 after 90 days 48 hours PTO (paid time off) each year. Pro-rated 1st year based on start date 6 Paid Holidays Service Bonus Work Schedule: 4 on, 4 off rotating schedule Work 2 12-hour shifts (days) 6 AM-6 PM, then 2 12-hour shifts (nights) 6 PM-6 AM then 4 days off. Overtime paid at time and a half for all hours over 40 in a workweek. Example: Work Monday 6am-6pm, Tuesday 6am-6pm, Wednesday 6pm-6am, Thursday 6pm-6am, then 4 days off Duties: Use a forklift to load and unload Styrofoam insulation board from flatbeds intermodal van trailers and production lines. May take finished goods and bundle and store outside in lot. Unload packaged raw materials, verify quantities, complete associated paperwork and put into storage locations. Complete daily fork truck inspections. Inspects Styrofoam material and packaged raw materials for quality and damage and checks loads for accuracy. Perform daily housekeeping tasks, sweep and clean warehouse, pick up debris in yard.
