We are looking for a licensed real estate broker in the state of Idaho who can handle our VACANT LAND listings. We are an out of state corporation that buys and sells vacant land. We operate in states that are growing and the cost to build is lower than the cost to buy. Currently, we are posting our inventory on zillow as for sale by owner, but feel at this time it makes sense to get on the MLS. We will sell 400 pieces of vacant land nationally and we are looking to break into the Idaho Market.
We always offer 3% for buyers agents, and can offer you the selling agent 3% at close. Ideally, we would like you to use the pictures and description we provide to post the content to your local MLS. We do not require you to visit the site (our listings are across the whole state). Keep in mind, this is vacant land. You will not be asked to do showings.
In our experience most states have multiple MLS services depending on where you are, but we do not require you to be a member of more than 1 MLS so long as you can select multiple counties all over the state on your MLS and it will feed zillow and realtor.com. Those sites drive our sales primarily.
I currently have my first listing that needs to go up. Some weeks we will have 10 listings some weeks we will have 0 or 1. I am looking to get started ASAP.
In order to apply, simply submit your information to us for consideration. We may select more than one as we have lots of business to go around. We are NOT looking for agents who are in large corporations such as Remax, Caldwell Banker, ETC. Our ideal fit is with the broker of office of a small agency, or an agent who works for a small local agency.
