Primary Responsibilities of the Account Executive

● Prospect and initiate contact with new prospective business partners

● Lead client needs analysis meetings

● Evaluate client needs and conduct research to create multimedia marketing plans

● Prepare/create compelling marketing plan proposals

● Compile paperwork and necessary speaking points

● Be the primary contact for client communication regarding campaign success and growth opportunities

● Meet ongoing sales and billing expectations

● Ability to work independently yet open to team collaboration

Characteristics and skills required to be an Account Executive

● 2 years’ experience in sales

● Preferred: Media sales 2 years

● Consistent history of success

● Knowledge of business and marketing

● Organized and capable of managing many projects simultaneously

● Ability to meet deadlines and billing goals with minimal supervision

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Strong presentation skills

● Ambitious

● Self-motivated

● Accountable

● Committed to personal growth

● Coachable

● Technologically savvy: Presentation software, CRM, Google suite

● Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
