Attached below are photos of the apartment complex in Hailey Idaho. There is 10 three story buildings, 9 two story buildings. If you can do Hardie lap siding, there is 9 garages that need that done. One clubhouse that is Hardie board and batten strips.
Safety and cleanliness are HUGE with this company.
You must have your own tools, ladders and safety equipment. CityWide Construction will provide two sets of pump jacks, lifts and material.
Scope of work for the Vinyl - $100 a square (there is roughly 1800 sq. in vinyl, we want to get this project done this year.)
Square includes removal of current vinyl siding, removal of EIFS (minimal), installation of Tyvek (will be inspected for warranties), trim out windows and doors with 4" PVC board, install double 5" vinyl siding, install 6" PVC mid-band, install double 4" vinyl siding, remove and vinyl soffits, and trim coil on fascia.
Vinyl soffit and trim coil metal on Fascia installation - $1.00 a linear foot ($.25 ft soffit / $.25 ft trim coil fascia)
Scope of work for Hardie Lap siding on garages (one story) - $100 a square

Housing would be paid for, for the first month.
Payouts are done per building completion. Everything must be done on building before payout. There will be a 10% retainage per building to be paid out at completion of project.
