We're looking for a Super Star to be our Maintenance Technician at Fox Hill Apartments in Bloomington! Fox Hill is a small community of 88 units. Ideal candidate will be customer service focused, a self-starter, and ideally have prior experience in general property/four-season grounds maintenance; completing basic Service Requests; and unit turnover (painting, maintenance and cleaning). Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License and car insurance. Hours are Mon - Fri: 8 - 5 with on-call responsibilities.
