We're looking for two Super Stars to join our Maintenance Team at two locations in Bloomington: Fox Hill Apartments and Danbury Court Apartments! Fox Hill is a small community of 88 units and Danbury Court is larger with 256 units. Both properties are owned and managed by Pedcor Homes Corporation. Candidates should be customer service focused, a self-starter, and ideally have prior experience in general property/four-season grounds maintenance; completing basic Service Requests; and unit turnover (painting, maintenance and cleaning). Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License and car insurance. Hours are Mon - Fri: 8 - 5 with on-call responsibilities.
