Full time experienced apartment maintenance technicians for apartment community in Normal, IL.
All applicants must have a valid driver's license.
Maintenance should know basic electrical and plumbing, on call emergency pager, snow removal, drywall repair, painting, trouble shooting, grounds, etc. Need a team player and someone who is dependable. Looking for someone who is HVAC certified, has own source of transportation, and own tools. Must live within 15-20 minutes from property.
