We are seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Supervisor to become a part of our team! You will assign and perform necessary work to keep rental properties, mechanical equipment, and other items in repair.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming tasks and assign to other maintenance employees
Follow up on completed tasks and ensure they are complete
Work with and train other maintenance staff
Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings
Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
Order and replace broken parts or equipment
Share/Assign on call responsibilities
Maintain a clean and a safe work space
Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Ability to manage others and maintain priority work loads
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Must have a dependable vehicle that can carry tools/materials to job sites
Must have basic tools
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to climb ladders and work at relative heights
