Busy cross dock warehouse is in search of a full-time On-Site Coordinator for both the morning shift (6 AM till 3 PM) and afternoon shift (2 PM till 10 PM). Located in Minooka off of I-80 for easy access, candidates must have at least 2 years of warehouse experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Responsibilities include:
Manage and supervise between 60 and 100 associates
Filling open orders with available associates
Payroll collection and processing (Novatime)
Run reports as requested by client or Corporate
Injury handling matters/paperwork
Prepare, attend, and present Safety Meetings
Train new associates check-ins and make sure they are assigned on the time clock and have PPE
Act as point of contact between client and corporate
Bi Lingual (Spanish/English) not required but preferred
Other duties as assigned
