You must fluently learn our product and services and have some basic knowledge of asphalt shingles.
This product has ZERO competition. We're saving people tons of money by avoiding the costly expense of roof replacement.
You will work as an independent, commission only contractor. We will provide all training, support and a proven system.
Requirements but not limited to:
Generate leads
Close leads
Meeting sales goals
Negotiate contracts with prospective clients
give sales presentations
maintain client records
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders
What we're looking for:
Sales experience. Inside or outside sales experience works.
You should be comfortable calling on and meeting with homeowners, property managers, homeowner associations, churches, investors, real estate professionals
anyone that has a shingle roof is a potential customer.
Reliable transportation
Construction, home improvement, and roofing sales experience is helpful.
Willing to compensation: 1099, commission only based position with no ceiling cap earnings.
